Radiant Defense is one of the best defense games for Android platform. It has simple but very nice graphics. It's ad free, but really challenging without in-app purchases.
The goal of the game is to survive all waves. There are 15 missions with total 400 waves of invaders to defend against.
At the beginning of each mission you can place modules to modify path invaders must travel. There are plenty of tooltips and info on various weapons.
This is definitelly "must play" tower defense. It is really challenging, great soundtrack get stuck in your head.
